- Which REALTOR Association do you belong to?

- What is the biggest threat to the real estate industry right now?
- Lack of knowledge. There is alot of bad press in the media that homeowners are taking seriously. Realtors who are not involved in their industry are helping feed this worry. In the Dallas/Fort Worth market our sales volumes are up. Our average prices are up.
- What do you hope to benefit by participating in the Young Real Estate Leaders group?
- I hope to benefit from the networking (like minded people that I can refer my clients to), the relationships formed (as these will be my peers for the next many years in the Real Estate industry), the knowledge (from a generation that thinks and relates to things the same way I do) and the involvment (staying abreast of issues that affect us in the Real Estate Industry).
- What can you share that will help the Young Real Estate Leaders?
- I am very involved in education and pursuing leadership roles in the real estate industry. I try to keep up with current trends and I think that if we all work together (and help one another) it is in the best interest of not only the clients we serve but of ourselves.
