- St. Louis Association of REALTORS
- What is the biggest threat to the real estate industry right now?
- The misinformed consumer. People are bombarded with bad information that affects the way they make decisions in their life. I listen to everyday conversation that can take one headline and derive their own conclusion without proper interpretation. If feel like it is our responsibility to open up the doors of communication and decision making to share our expertise with the public so we can build trust and consumer confidence.
- What do you hope to benefit by participating in the Young Real Estate Leaders group?
- Create an environment of sharing, learning, inspiration and motivation. There are so many leaders that have been waiting to serve but have not had the opportunity, the voice, or the training to excel in leadership development. The more I share my personal experiences the more I learn. The more I learn from myself and other people that have similar interests the better business I will have, the better I will feel about the decisions I make, and the better life I will live.
- What can you share that will help the Young Real Estate Leaders?
- I can share FREE, cost effective, and easy to implement communication, marketing, and advertising technologies for real estate professionals, broker, REALTOR Associations, and instructors. I share this information in my technology blog, podcast, social media and other forms of communication. I take what is relevant to leadership and post to this community.

- When you are on your own page look below your photo. There is a link to click to add a photo then beside that is says "Theme". When you click that it brings you to a bunch of pre-made layouts that you are able to customize. They are pretty cool and an easy way to spice up your page!
